I need a VERY simple Wordpess theme. Actually it's probably the simplest wordpress theme a person could possibly have. I LOVE clean simple GUIs.

I have exisitng html and css already done.

I just don't know how to do wordpress themes.

If you do a good job on this one, i have 2 other wordpress jobs that need to be done in the next 15 days. They are a bit different.
