Network ad code that automatically picks matching affiliate offer

I remember reading on here before about some affiliate network that you can place their ad code on your site and they will automatically display relevant affiliate offers from a huge base of offers.

Any one know the name of this company as I can't find the thread where it was mentioned (was probably over a year ago).

I don't do seo but I remember there was a big thread about it last year or something. Just test it against adsense/whatever your currently using. IMO it won't outperform adsense as it just doesn't have the kind of reach to advertisers that google has. But like anything it's worth a try.
