Havnt opened a new Adwords account in a while as I have existing established accounts, but just did.

Setup tightly themed search ad groups, only a handful of relevant terms, great ads, great domain etc. Adwords gave me the default 7/10 yet within 2 days drops to a 3-4 QS.

Tried another domain unrelated, setup high quality again. BAM few days later QS 3-5 across the board.

Tried a third domain this time, made sure it was a VERY high quality domain. Direct linked to an industry leading site I dont even own and BAM instant QS of 3's across the board.

My ad CTR is fine. It isn't crazy but it is 1%+ on search, but for this niche that isnt half bad. Definitely above average. I have got worse in established accounts before and never had this problem.

Google claims my "relevance" is POOR. Fucking idiots, by far the most relevant out of the bunch of advertisers.

Is Google just like this with new accounts? You got to prove them wrong over the next few weeks by bidding like an idiot? Don't ever have these problems with my established Adwords accounts that is for sure.

Fucking idiots, by far the most relevant out of the bunch of advertisers.

Call them up and maybe they will manually change your QS if they see you are indeed relevant. 1-866-246-6453

I think Google keeps fucking you until you have spent a couple of thousand dollars on the new account.

Same things happened with me when I opened another account last month. As I always start campaigns initially bidding high, I dint care much abt QS, just kept my bids what they were and let the campaign run. The campaign was slapped with QS 3, 4 & 5. Then abt 2 week later, after spending abt $1200 on that particular campaign (while overall I had spent over 3K through the account), suddenly things were changed, back to QS 7 & 8 and little lower bids.

However, the other campaigns on which I spent $1800 never had such issue.

Disgusting, but they sucks! Can't be sure how their algorithms work.

This is funny because I have a new account and one of my keywords that I rank 1/10 for QS, my site ranks 3rd in google for in serps and 5 for the ad position..

And the highest QS is almost competly non relevant I was going to delete when I noticed it was the highest score

....Now for a noob like me that is fucking confusing
