Ok, let me answer this not to be a dick:

1. Forum can benefit you because there are many of smart people here with different skills.

2. Go to BST section, pay $39 per week, create a post and offer your service

3. iTrader is a form of traders rating system. It tells you if it is worth to deal with certain seller or buyer based on previous experience other traders had.
