Has anyone found any vouchers that don't require 25$ spend first?

Not only do you have to spend 25 but you also have to wait 5 days to get your voucher so that they can review what your doing with the account I would imagine..

Contact this dude - davidblack111 at skype or newloginid5 at gmail , he claims he has got some Adword coupons which don't need $25 spending. He's selling them ( $65 vouchers) for about 3-3.5$ each. Hope it helps :) Another provider who sells similar stuff, his skype - monaviepl .

PS - Have not done business with any of them, searched on few forums for you. Make sure to verify them.

It just means that they caught on to people using the "Google Ad Voucher Method". To be honest, it's about time they cracked down on that. It's been a loophole for quite some time now.
