You might be feeling pretty burned by these replies but take heart: you've just demonstrated a belief and/or attitude that makes a lot of money for AMs, namely "I don't want to do it the proper/long way so I'll buy/pay for it instead." Fat 'burners', gadgets, small business marketing etc etc. Go forth and exploit people's lack of motivation.

I just wanted to chip in and say that I started in this business with a $25 a day budget for ppc, and that was nearly cutting into my food money. Most of my money I made during that period I made with $0 investment by getting creative.

I'd second that - a lot of people that go into a venture with cash end up wasting it, and no better off than those who started with none. Constraints = creativity.

I still say go with the hookers plan. Even if it bombs, it's a much more fun way to lose money than ebooks.

Implementing affiliate marketing doesn't have to cost you anything unless you use ppc. Have you found good affiliate niche products to use?

In other words OP, this shit post belongs on DigitalPoint along with the other 1000s of posts like it that already exist there.

Some things you could do with $2,000.

-First join a few ad networks (NeverBlueAds, AzOogleAds, CJ, PepperJam). Cost $0.00
-Design several landing pages for a couple of campaigns. Cost $0.00
-Create a keyword list targeted with your campaign. Cost $0.00
-Create laser targeted adgropus on Adwords. Cost $0.00
-Launch your campaigns and spend the $2,000 on adword clicks. Cost $2,000.00
-Tweak your landing pages to improve your conversion rates and reinvest your money into the same campign until its profitable.

Repeat the cycle again and again until you build your arsenal of money making campaigns.

Simple and plain advide. But its pretty much what we all do here with either $10 bucks or $100,000 budgets ;0

All jokes aside, do what this guy says except for the part about spending all the money on adwords or ppc. Take $1500 of that money and bank it, better yet use it to raise your credit score because the higher credit limits you will be able to qualify later will come in handy. Now imagine $500 is ALL you have and do what the guy below says. Don't spend all the $500 at a go though, build about 5 different campaigns around different offers. Use the free $25 coupons for yahoo etc. Build at least 4 different accounts. That's $100 free right there. Test with that until you find something profitable. Once you do, throw money at the campaign. Follow the steps below, rinse lather and repeat.

What people aren't telling you is how easy it is to lose money starting out, and until you've had a few campaigns down or know what it feels like to have google bend you over that $2k will disappear literally overnight.
