OP: I saw a guy on Kijiji saying he had like 100 credit card numbers. He said someone just gave them to him and he's trying to find the owners. I don't know. I e-mailed him and he seems really genuine and stuff.

I figure the 100 people that lost their credit cards must be, like, super not organized and could probably use a credit score so I was thinking I'd just get the 100 credit cards and fill in the offers for them (you know how lazy people are these days, right?). Just trying to think about ways to help out and stuff.
