Communication: No problems. Prompt, clear communicator.
Turnaround: Quick, less than 48hours. Always hard to judge the consistency of providers down the road if they get busy but for now SeoMonster is speedy delivery.
Delivery: Nice. As mentioned account logins are provided in a spreadsheet tab which is handy for later upkeep. Other tabs list urls of social accounts, web 2 profiles, rss feeds, bookmarks, press releases, forum profiles, and scrapebox comments.
Content: Meh. I found at least one spun Ezine. Service advertises unique spun, not recycled spun. Some of it is nicely readable, some of it not so much.
Bookmark summaries were repetitive and not well spun.
I did not check every account and found a number of deleted properties. I'm assuming there are a number of others missing as well.

Forum profiles: spot checked a handful of profiles. The links are well done, anchor text varied nicely and linking to the properties correctly.
I saw a couple adult forums in the list, not too happy about that although they're not money site links. Regardless a prior heads up about this is pretty important imo.
Scrapebox comments: I checked maybe ten links in three parts of the list. Zero comments showing.
Price: The review price is good for the amount of volume behind the first tier links. $50? Not until content and link quality improves.
Overall: a pretty standard link setup with a lot of problems and a lot of potential.
