[Newbie Help]cant pm/upgrade account

I seem to have a problem upgrading to premium account(since there is a message stating you have to upgrade your account to lift limitation on pming, sig....)But clicking on this msg lead me to another msg...=.= (the premium feature u are clicking is currently unavailable) HELP! *struggling*

You upgrade by posting, no shortcuts......Look at the sticky section above this thread and read the two noob threads there. A very good place to start in my opinion, spend some time in the forum reading before you start posting stupid crap as there is not much tolerance for not following the rules and being and idiot.
