Noindex, Google IPs and boobs

Got a couple of questions.

1. Do links from pages with noindex get followed?
2. Why do I get hits from Google IPs, coming from the referer site:mydomain.com, which aren't Googlebot?

Google looks for oh-so-clever folks what changes content by referrer. You'll also notice things that behave a lot like googlebot coming from mobile provider IPs and nebulous organizations with awful big SWIPs from first-tier carriers with no RDNS using legitimate looking (generally IE) user-agent ID. Also google.
