Okay got my review copy here's my review:

- Very very fast
- Good communication, clear report
- Good websites
- One link was even .edu

The only downside is really that the pages are deep internal pages with many links (more every time he sells his service I guess unless he makes new accounts) and little juice, they may not even get indexed unless you point a site to them. Also the pricing seems pretty high especially for something which may require some extra links to actually work.

I bought 10 links and received 12, thanks. Delivery was lightening fast... like within an hour.

These links are basically just forum profiles, with a homepage URL and a couple links in the Bio box. Half of the links are SE friendly with nice permalinks, which will help them get indexed. The other half have dynamic URLs. Only one of the links he sent me included the username in the URL, which means most of his links will not be useful for keyword real estate. I'm not sure how far pinging will go in getting these pages indexed. Unlike article pages or Web 2.0 properties, people are not going to purposely browse to the profiles and link back to them, or even find them by accident... it is not likely that these profiles will ever gain PR or authority unless we SEO them.

Here is what I would change:
1) attempt to use the keyphrase as a username
2) write some content in the bio box so that the links appear in content rather than just appearing spammy
3) offer some social bookmarking (maybe 10-20 per page) or something so that these profiles will get a couple backlinks, otherwise they will never be indexed

I do recommend this service because it is affordable, but not necessarily cheap. You will have to do your own SEO on the profiles to make them useful unless the OP adds a bit of link building.
 
Actually, I just realized the OP is trying to sell PR4-PR8 links, but these links have no PR. I believe this is a serious violation of false advertising. Now that I think about it, I'm actually pretty pissed off... at least I would be if I thought I was purchasing 10 links that already have PR4-PR8.

Actually I can't be 100% sure, but I think these are links from Paul & Angela's Method.
