"outing" offers

I know that outing LP's is frowned upon, but what about bad offers?

IE: advertiser scrub, merchant issues, non payment to network, or anything that would hurt us by running said offer.

I didnt find any specific info on it here, but perhaps i was searching the wrong terms. I, for one, would love to come on here and see:

"hey, FYI SuperMegaDuperUltimateUberAcaiCleanseProPlus, isn't paying their bills, so be weary of running"

opinions?
 


I would say go for it. If advertisers need to cheat the system and its reported about itll change their ways, or let others know the risks of working with them
 
no reason you can't out an offer if you have proof. I would bet most likely though there will be another guy here that is making the same offer work. atleast in my experience thats how it goes.
 
How about a thread for affiliate network owners to list out the merchants/advertisers they refuse to work with and why.
