My partner and I are knowledgeable about affiliate marketing tactics, and have a ton of ideas for websites and projects. What we don't have is skill in the design, coding, and project development aspects. For the last sixth months we have been using outsourcing to get a lot of our projects completed. This has worked with varying success.
We are interested in starting partnerships, or plain old payments to US based designers, coders, etc. In addition, if anyone has worked with excellent providers on getafreelancer, or elance and wouldn't mind sharing who the person was that would be excellent. We would like a provider from GAF who does exceptional work, and delivers on time.
For the US based programmers and designers, we need someone with skills in html, css, database management, flash, xml, php, etc. If you are a design company with a vast range of skills, even better.
We are still interested in pursuing the international outsourcing option, so any advice there would be great, but we are serious about looking into US based partnerships.
Please provide sample of your work in a PM, and any other details you think are relevant, including price.
