Outsourcing?

Content writing. There's tons of ways to get super cheap original content, and I hate wasting time writing about niches I'm not personally that interested in. Get some samples and watch them carefully. Some people have real work ethic and others act like they're doing you a favor by working for you.

I don't think outsourcing is a bad idea. I haven't personally used it yet, but I enjoy writing.

Take a lot around the buy and sell forum. You can find article writers for super cheap. If you have the spare cash, and don't mind missing out the writing practice, I'd say give it a go.

Otherwise, write 3-5 articles on your own each. Pace yourself and make sure they are decent quality. You never know what could be syndicated. And syndication=more backlinks=traffic.

I've outsourced content writing and SEO tasks/services. I don't have anyone on salary, but outsource job by job. More efficient that way.

I've hired writers through WF and another forum, in blocks of 20 articles or so. I get all the SEO services from WF.

This week I got some header graphics made by a kid on Fiverr.com. $5 for a header graphic. Nothing mind-blowing but good enough for my sites.

When I'm swamped, I outsource. I go to odesk or CL and post a job. Content writing/SEO/Programmers I've paid for them all. Had great luck with content writers and seo, not so much with programmers.
