This is really annoying, however we haven't been able to hear back from Gus Garcia, owner of PalmResearch.com / PalmTrax.com for 3 weeks now.

We've been sending him emails, trying AIM without any success and calling his phone - no answer in any of those channels.

We are removing all of the links we have with this network due to non-payment and failure to communicate back, and advising other publishers to be careful, as much as we always had good relationship with this network, it seems like it's dying now.
 


Right after I posted this, I sent them another email with a link to this post, and we got paid for August ...

I seriously don't understand why it has to come to this for us to finally get some attention. We have anyway removed the links and will add them back only if we get paid next month and receive proper communication as well.

Yes sir, Get-Paid.com is the same as Gptreasure.com
No sir, we are not making millions a year, if anyone tells you so then he's lying.

When it comes to business relationships it's not the amount the matters, we could care less about $45 or starting a thread about it, but the fact we have delivered genuine leads and expecting a payment for them and the fact a network is in failure to communicate back and ignoring emails and requests from our end - indicates a rude and disgusting approach, which we do not appreciate.

That is why we have complained about this company, it's not the amount that matters.

Regarding your conception we make millions a year I can assure you the profit the site makes are far far from such conceptions (the profits are in 4 digits, where the first digit is less than 4).

I'm sorry if it makes you laugh but we take full responsibility to respond to every single email we receive. We never "ignore" emails, and definitely if a user contacts us several times (which is unusual because he would get a response already) - we always strive to respond to all users within a reasonable time of 24-48 hours (usually much shorter than that). That is including weekends.

We know the feeling that the users have, and we also know our own feelings, time and energy. We work hard for every penny we make and we are constantly improving our site ... so if anyone doesn't want to be in this business or wants to ignore his publishers / affiliates - that is not a place for us.

That is why I started this thread.
If we have issues with affiliate networks we would never raise them here ... we only raise issues like this, where the communication from the other end was completely being avoided and/or ignored ... that is the network we do not want to deal with.
