Parking Domain Question?

I just stumbled on WhyPark[dot]com and was wondering;

Say I found an [exact] match keyword that gets 368,000 global, and 110,000 local searches monthly. *Yes, the keyword is exact, not broad, or phrase.

The competition is low, but bordering medium competition, and is a popular component of internet marketing.

Now, being completely honest, I am not capable of ranking sites yet, nor am I a SEO wiz by any means.(working on that:stonedsmilie:)

Therefore, if I elect to pay $10-$25 per month to WhyPark and do a revenue share as a test for say 6 months.....and the domain gets sufficient hits, and maybe generates a little cash or at least brakes even, would this season the domain enough to sell it on Flippa?

I am nervous about paying a monthly charge parking it, as I have no clue if it'll generate income, break even, or cost me money?

-I know there's a ton of people bs'ing about website revenues on Flippa, while others actually do provide accurate financial records.

Someone with experience building and optimizing sites could probably rank the site, optimize it, and bank big off a CB or PDC affiliate product or market a PLR product easily!

Truth is, I can't afford to keep buying up domains, if I don't start selling them or create some quality sites on them.

Is there an easier way?

Try parking for free at parked.com to begin with to see if it gets any type-in traffic. If not, whypark MIGHT do a little better by generating a little organic search traffic. PM me the name and I'll take a look. I know a lot about this space.

Tried to PM 2x already...something's buggy, my connectin keeps resetting. I'll shoot you a PM sometime tomorrow, as I am very interested in seeing what you would do with some of the "keyword" rich [exact] domains I have been buying.

P.S. - If it leads to money, maybe we can benefit one another
