Peerfly Offers with Bing Ads

Hello Guys
I am promoting Peerfly affiliate offers on Bing Ads.
Some days Ago I created 3 ads on same offer but for 3 different countries and they got me 4-5 leads(around 10$) just by spending around 2$ but the next day the offer was paused by the network.
So I had to drop that offer.
Then I tried some other kind of gaming offers but didn't even got single lead and I ended up spending around 30$.

Now I want to start over fresh and would like to get help from you guys in creating my new campaign.

Before I start I would like to ask you guys a few questions like :
Q.Which genre is better to star with Dating or gaming ( I heard these are the most popular ones)?
Q.How much payout I should look from a offer(the amount It will pay per lead)?
Q.Does CR and EPC of a offer which is shown by peerfly matters?
Q.What Kind of offers should I go with like Single Opt-in,Double Opt-in or some other ?

The one that makes you more money is better. I know that's not what you want to hear, but they're both good niches, so you should pick the one that you have more interest in testing.

Q.How much payout I should look from a offer(the amount It will pay per lead)?
I don't really pay that much attention to payout anymore as long as it's in the ballpark of what other offers are offering. If the offer has some network data, and it looks like a strong offer, run it. If epc > cpc or even close that's what matters. You can optimize and scale once you know the offer converts ok. Networks and advertisers shave and manipulate payouts, so really EPC is what you should look at.

It matters in the since that it can give you a general idea of if the offer is converting at all, sure. Your numbers will probably be way different since you're going to use different creatives and angles, different traffic sources, etc.

Q.What Kind of offers should I go with like Single Opt-in,Double Opt-in or some other ?

Doesn't matter to me any more. EPC is what matters, test both and see what works and what doesn't.
 
Update (5-13-2014):
I have created 1 Campaign which have 7 ad groups based on keyword groups . Each ad group have 2 different ads.
I have set daily spending limit to 20$ for that campaign.
Haven't received any clicks till now nor any impression.
I am targeting highly niche specific keywords.
Now I will be creating ad for a gaming offer.
 
Ensure you have enough keywords and are bidding enough, to receive adequate data. PPC networks can sometimes be a bit shaky about affiliate links, so hopefully your account stays active.

I am using my domain on which i have installed prosper202 so link which I generate is something like : mydomain.com/someting3420

Update (5-14-2014):
Created another ad Which have 8 ad groups ,
each ad group have 2 different ads
and with around 80-90 keywords in total.

My another ad haven't received any impression or click till now. I don't know why.
I have deposited money in my account 3-4 days and it does show balance in my bing account.
 
Hi, did you end up getting positive results? I am actually just starting too and doing exactly the same things.

Sorry for the late update( I was on a vacation):
I am not getting any traffic on my campaign. I tried making different campaign but none got any clicks nor any impressions.
I asked help from a live chat person ,he did some changes and said me to wait 5-6 days to see if anything changes.
But rather than sitting I made a new bing account and today made 2-3 new campaigns .
Now I have to wait and see whether I am making wrong campaign or it is problem with my old account.
I have 100$ in my both accounts and my accounts are not on Hold.
Does anyone know what can be the problem?
 
Update 6/16/2014:
I saw on google that this is a common problem of not getting impressions and clicks on campaigns.
I found some solutions and I have applied .Now I have to just wait till tomorrow to see if the trick worked or not.
 
If you haven't enough clicks the problem is in your ads copy, maybe it looks like crappy and spammy text.
Zero impressions could be a wrong choice of keywords, too long tails, Bing Ads is not Adwords.
 
Update 6/17/2014:
The trick worked for me.
I increased the bids of keywords which I thought could worked for me and have good volume at Bing by 2x.
And I changed some of them to Broad type and it worked.
With giving around 20 clicks but no conversion.

I am using Direct linking so I can't do anything with landing page is there anything else by which I can improve and get conversions?
 
Update 6/18/2014:
After spending around 6$ ,I got 3 lead which generated revenue of 5$.
Will be creating 2 more campaign today.

What I can do to optimize my campaign? to generate more leads?
