I see a ton of stuff with clickbank. gay.
Found one email submit for $7.50 in the UK. But looking for something in the states.

Has anyone here ever done a pump and dump scheme?

Seems like it would be easy to get into trouble. Is it legal as long as you disclose that you own the stocks you are promoting?

I know an affiliate that has a penny stocks campaign that converts on the first page submit. PM me if that's what you're looking for. I tested it out and it converted fairly well for me, pays about $3.00 I believe.

I ran Penny Stock Prophet from Clickbank for a while. Converted pretty well for the first few weeks with a $60 payout, then just stopped converting at all, even though my traffic sources didn't change. Wierd shit. I dropped them; but am also on the lookout for a decent offer.

We run a penny stock offers, where we sell access to members' centre for stock alerts and bulletins. It's not that easy, you have to run everything by the securities lawyers including email creatives and headlines.

Like you can't headline "Make a million dollars! Guaranteed!!!"

Before throwing the offer up on clickbank, we generated 200 recurring monthly sales from organic clicks and emailing some small financial lists. But (there's also a but) we're still tweaking the clickbank offer trying to get it to convert.
PM if you are interested in hearing more.

Stuff used to be really popular with mailers until the crackdown.

Seams to have worked its way into standard buys. Hopefully they are doing it right.

I have lots of traffic for a first page btw, pm me. Def not wanting build my own list.

Not legal in the US -- you'd be hammered if caught.

It is rampant on the internet esp on Facebook I see tons of ads for penny stock advice but I am sure the SEC is investigating these people once the complaints rack up.

"pump and dump" = Federal Prison

By definition you can only "dump" the stock if you own it - either way it spells a direct pass into Club Fed.
