Go apply for an EPN account, it isn't very difficult. Whether or not you're accepted depends heavily on what kind of site you show them. So either show them your PHPBay site, or search google for a site selling products that has no outbound EPN links and use that. It usually takes between 2-5 days for them to respond.

If you are too lazy to apply for an EPN you could purchase one, there's plenty of people selling them for around $100
 
my background is mostly in porn, and I don't have a lot of mainstream sites, so I was a little paranoid about getting approved when I applied...

anyway, here are some steps you can follow... similar to what I did...

1. list some items for sale on ebay... doesn't matter what they are...

2. grab a domain...

3. install wordpress on domain...

4. list the items you're selling on ebay on that blog...

5. apply to EPN... try to make it look like you're just an ebay seller that wants to use EPN to help promote whatever crap you're selling on ebay...

6. get approved...

7. paypal your monies to NickyCakes...

step #7 is optional...
 
why not apply for an EPN account as it is easy to get approved and or even buy it in the worst case !
 
shit i was tired and didnt explain myself well, sorry, im an ass....i applied for epn, twice, and got fucking denied - i am member of pepperjam now, still fucking waiting for ebay....i've heard people have waited months, just to be denied via pjn...

again, sorry i didnt make myself clear on that first post.

so with the orginal post being a little clearer - any suggestions? just keep waiting for ebay?!

You could still get accepted by EPN. I belong to the Ebay Affiliate Website Builder program and they have helped people join EPN who have been previously declined. Check out my sig.
