So everyone else can hear my answer as well:

I take custom keyword jobs on a case by case basis. The reason being is that some people may think that a niche is good, but it could be heavily saturated. The example I always give is the insurance niche. While it is very good, and very well paying, it is extremely saturated.

What I usually do for people, is chat with them about what they want, and then I will take a look and see if I can find anything, if I do, then we conduct business! :)

I recieved 2 nice keywords

OP delivered exactly what he said he would. One is a medical term and I tend to avoid those but I see a way to create quality content with it
