I briefly signed up with them late last year, as an attempt to let my bloggers do some post affiliate links without having me hand code link each time.
Unfortunately, the service wasn't flexible enough, or powerful enough for my needs, and worse, I couldn't get anyone to answer a really simple question. I sent like four or five emails and no one ever replied.
So I said screw it and screw them, as they obviously weren't interested in taking care of their subscribers.
