PPC campaign management software

I am currently running a 10 different accounts across Google/Yahoo/MSN. Can anyone recommend an interface that can manage all these PPC accounts?

Is tracking what you want? Or are there other features that you are looking for. I am not sure what you think campaign management is. to me it's tracking and analyzing results and then making changes to improve the results. Tools can help but they don't do it for you.
