am I right that only homepage PR is that high ? Or is the site you post the links on the real PR you mentioned ? Because if not, for example you are creating just a forum profile of a domain which has high PR ? If so this service looks quite expensive.

Would also be interesting in OBL rate as a rough number, the term 'low' is quite difficult to trust on, stick rate and stuff.
