Private Label Header/Footer/Sidebar

For an affiliate I'm working with you can customize THEIR landing page to look more like YOUR landing page by uploading html files for the header, footer and sidebar.

How do you make an HTML file for ONLY a footer/header/sidebar? Maybe I'm not understanding but I think it's more that I'm just a programming/html newblet.

you can use frames, iframes or may be hosted on their server and you can upload some html for specific portions...

well you're supposed to upload to their website for specific portions but... is there a special technique to doing this or?

not really... just play around with it and see how it looks...
