Anyone hear about Revenuewire possibly running into some financial/legal issues regarding their call center?

I really like their setup w/ software advertisers for publishers & haven't seen much else out there with the trial access & optimized cart funnels. Seeing what word on the street is about them staying open - hopefully a good-case scenario coming out of this.

I can tell you I have been with them for the past year and have always been paid on-time and got a pretty quick response from the Aff. Managers. I've seen some massive drops in cv rates over the past week with some of there software products. I hope to god this is nothing to do with "financial problems". This could totally be coincidental but pretty much 0 variables have changed as far as my traffic source and sales page so idk.

Suppose I need to re-test some offers across some other networks.

Hey Avalanche,

I'm the Network Manager here at RevenueWire.

As you may know, we work with a network of call centers and do not own any of them. The majority of our revenues come from software downloads and these offers are performing very well. And, unlike CPA offers, we collect the money and have always paid out our affiliates on time. Are you referencing the fact that we have shut down a couple tech support offers on pop because they didn’t meet our compliance guidelines?

Feel free to reach out to me directly with any other questions or concerns you have.

I can't comment on the legal side of things, but as someone who's had a pretty extensive history with them I wouldn't be worried about the financial/payment aspect. RevenueWire are the payment processor for all their offers, meaning the cash flow equation favors them, unlike all the recent CPA networks we've seen recently fall because they'd been getting paid net-30 while paying affiliates weekly only for their house of cards to collapse as soon as a merchant defaults or refuses payment. Their payment holdback, while annoying, also offsets the chargeback/refund risk.

You mentioned that it is different from CPA affiliate products? Could you elaborate please? Thanks in advance.
