I have seen A LOT of e-books over the course of my life that contained brilliant information but didn't sell because they didn't LOOK like it.
Many people say not to judge a book by its covers, but on the internet that's not necessarily true. Unless the author is well known and has previously released some good content which he is famous for, the e-book will not sell.
