PSD > HTML conversion

Hi,

I've got a simple PSD layout which needs to be converted into HTML or CSS and then add some simple (pre-written) text to the main page.

Only 3 navigation buttons and the page is only one column.

As the layout is substantially simple I'm not looking to pay very much for it ($20/30 - paypal)
