Anyone know where I can buy lists of public data. Specifically I need recent divorce records. Preferably I'd like to be able to drill down these lists by state/metro area, or just buy leads from a specific area. These need to be fresh leads.
My mother is a financial advisor, and she wants to target recently divorced women through a direct mailing campaign, because recently divorced women often times end up with large cash sums/alimony/child support, and don't have a clue how to invest it or manage money.
I've seen several public records sites but you have to search for a specific name to get any results, and you can't filter it by state/county. Thanks in advance.
