Putting together an outsourcing team

I'm looking to outsource a lot of my grunt work (HTML, SEO) I know some of you guys do this also. Where did you guys find competent web designers that had awesome rates and could still talk to you?

Finding competent designers and workers in general is one of those trial and error only things. Once you find a good one though, you keep your mouth shut.

There are however some great designers on here that I'm sure would be willing to work for ya. If not, check digital point.

oDesk... got some good ones there.

GetFriday.com - still testing it out, so far seems pointless even though its CHEAP... takes 2 hours to do something a native speaker would do in 1. Plus much more admin time required to explain tasks.
