Quality Score Question

Sorry, I know this is a ridiculous question but where the fuck is the x/10 quality score in an Adwords account? I can find the "Poor/Good/Great" shit without a problem but I never see like 7/10 which people are always mentioning. I realize I'm a dumbass and undoubtedly blind but someone throw me a bone...
