Casale Media, ValueClick Media, Burst Media, and Tribal Fusion are all great top tier ad networks - I would try them first.

Where did you get that list from? It is a little out of date...
Buds Ad Network became CPX Interactive a few years ago and are a reliable network with a 100% fill rate, but that comes with much lower rates than the top tier networks above.
RealTech are a decent second tier network with reasonable rates.
MaxOnline I think was part of Ask, but they don't have a publisher program from what I remember.
BannerConnect like CPX offer lower rates but higher fills than the top tier networks. They did have a few issues a couple of years ago but I haven't heard of any problems recently.
Right Media's ad network was absorbed into Yahoo a few years ago, but they (under Yahoo) do run an ad exchange that some otehr networks run on.
Accelerator-Media are a UK focused network with reasonable rates

I have reviewed most of the good networks you list here over at AdBalance.com if you want to know a little more info.
