Because I dont have paypal And Many people offering me to Transect through paypal

If you want to receive money from Paypal, you need to get an account at Paypal. Is that what you are asking?

I guess he's asking if he can collect payments from 2checkout even though a lot of his customers would like to pay with paypal (in other words: "I have a 2checkout account, can people still pay me via paypal?").

And as far as I remember my last purchase on a 2checkout form: yes, they can use paypal.
