You'll have to forgive my n00bishness when it comes to this sort of thing, but it's something I've never dealt with.. do you guys have separate hosting for each domain/landing page you have? As in, if you're going to run a campaign for a new offer, unless you own a server, do you buy all new hosting for it? As far as I understand you can generally get hosting for around 5 - 10 a month or so depending, but I can see that adding up quite a bit for testing a lot of campaigns. Don't you generally buy them for extended periods as well?

Also - If you were to run a landing page on wordpress, I'm assuming you're not using the free wordpress blogs, correct?

Thanks! I feel like these questions are almost dumb to even ask, but I literally have zero experience with web design.

No, you don't buy new hosting. Just get an add-on domain.

No, one host will let you add more domains or get you on the right service plan.

Right, if you buy the longer term packages you get very nice rates vs paying monthly. If you wanna go that route get a one year hosting at hostgator or similar hosts that allows you to add more domains. It usually only a few bucks more and will save you time in the long run. Plus adding domains only takes a few minutes and only cost the price of the registration.

Its the free version. Learn Wordpress and you can do just about any type of site, sometimes for free or with a paid add on, everything from landing pages, datafeed sites, shopping carts, recipe sites, etc.

It's cool. We all gotta start somewhere. Building sites is the easy part and very basic in this game. Once you figure out how to quickly create new sites you shift gears into content creation, monetization and optimization which has been a pain in the ass for me. Persistance is key.
