I've tested this, and it works quite well (not .htaccess):
Just put it at the very top of your page above the doctype declaration.

should take them to another page, presell a how-to ebook on making landing pages. tell them you have a WSO, then when they buy... you send them to the dick roll. So now you're literally monetizing your dickroll.
