Have you ever had your ads disapproved on a campaign that's been running on 1K a day spend?

I just woke up and bingo was my name-o.

WTF?
 


Yeap. Consider yourself lucky, they could ban your entire account. Although it usually takes more then a few times before that happens.

Yeah, I realized that I need to stay as low key as possible and don't email or call them. Hope this doesn't happen again, at least I was back up in a few hours.
 
They did it to me again. What's screwed up about it is there are other sites that are just like mine running on adwords 24/7. Their only reason is:

Unacceptable Business Practices
 
I had the same thing happen about two months ago, and then got the total ban on the second disapproval.
 
Yeap. I would be extra careful danke, even if what you are advertising/doing is not technically against the rules or the terms and others are doing it. If they are saying they don't like it a ban is possible.

I think the only reason I had like 10 chances was my account was created when adwords was first released and I had spent a lot of money with them so they were a bit more lenient with my account but I still screwed up trying to promote stuff they didn't like (Others were doing it and it wasn't technically against their rules/tos) and got banned for it.
 
I guess I'll run this offer on ad center and maybe use adwords for a new niche...

Do you think it's possible a competitor is reporting my site? They disapprove the ads after running the ads. Not to mention there are guys doing shadier stuff in this niche. I'm just building an email list.
 
Building lists is now bad from google's point of view too?

Does your site has any content or is it just a one-page site?
 
I have a site, but they keep on disapproving the lander. I may have to go back and build a one page site... Those are being left alone it looks like.
 
Okay, there was someone that was manually looking at my ads after I called in...
