Could you clarify your service please. Im not really sure what you are offering.
To start with it seemed you where offering to comment on blogs to get backlinks, but this bit:

Confused me. I mean if i give you $100 and specify PR9 i doubt you are going to be able to come up with 1000 pr9 comments!
