[REQ] Bullet proof hosting for mass mailing

Hello everyone,

please share some decent hosting provider for mass mailing.

In my case 10k of emails a day to 100k a day if OK.

The thing that hosting must provide email accounts and smtp relays. This is not spamming in it's true sense. Targeted mass mailing to scraped email addresses, but I don't want my account get banned as it happens with gdiddy and hostgator type of hostings.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!
