Research and Data entry person needed

I need someone to aggregate the following information:

HP/Dell server brands and models (ie. Dell T105, or Proliant 8500)
Base Model configurations (Dell T105: 2G RAM, 250G hdd, etc.)

And stick it into a normalized CSV/XLS file.

You should be able to build a custom scraper to run against any data source you want to run it against, but I need at least 100-150 entries in teh database. 400 entries across any server brands would be ideal.

If you have a goldmine of brand/model/specs data, I'll pay for that as well. Sorry if this is wierd, but need it for a client project and have zero time to do it myself. PM me with quotes.

What I really need is someone to find as many model/configs as possible. Once that's done, the data entry is a snap as it'll most likely be scraped data to begin with.
