Scaling on PoF - Increasing Bids or Increasing Frequency?

So, I have this one campaign with a good ROI. Its my first PoF/CPM campaign in general so I'm a bit lost how to increasae the volume.

The campaign is currently set to show only three times per day, on a pretty normal bid. Now what is the best way to scale it? I think it must be somewhere in the frequency, but I have NO idea what i good frequency cap is.

I guess it's also important to mention that the campaign consists of a single image, same body copy and two headlines. Banner blindness might be an issue if overexposed.

I'm no POF expert but I would increase the frequency if you are making a nice ROI on your current bid price. That should tell you if it scales properly. If it scales max out your frequency and slowly increase your bid prices until you find that sweet spot of max traffic + max ROI.
