Seeking talented designer for image design and web design development. I've been through 20 people in the past month due to irresponsibility and severe lack of communication.

If you are a good communicator: get back to me within 1 hour unless you are sleeping

Are a good designer (im not looking for the best)

And will not disappear for days at a time with a different execuse (im sorry sir, my...)

I will pay you hundreds if not thousands of dollars per week.

I have work backed up for two weeks right now.
 


Thank you all for your responses! I found several designers/coders that were well responsive and I have already given several jobs out: 3 images and 2 full websites with coding.

I would like to say to my current subs (you know who you are) that responded to me, that it is not your lack of communication, its the time zone difference. Most of the images that I need designed I need within 1-2 hours and a lot of the time it takes over 12 just to get a response, quote, etc etc.
 
Would also like to say this: I got 15 pms and 10 of them stated something along the lines of "We are a staff leasing company..." or "We have a team of blah blah"

I wasn't born yesterday. I was flipping gigs 15 years ago living with my parents. Eventually I will catch you. Usually it is b/c it takes you 20 minutes to respond to a price every time.

To all of you who make a living doing that: you are diluting this industry and taking away from those who truly do good work.
 
Kind of like what just happened. A "designer" just gave me a quote and sent me his references. Two of his designs of have seen from other freelancers portfolios. I know this because I live and die by freelancers. (Actually biting the bullet and hiring an in house part time designer and web dev)

I've also caught people based on behavior exhibited - while that may not be red handed like this one, it is evident that these ppk r subbing the work out.

Attn: I am still looking for talented word press designers for a ton of projects...I have at least 5. Skill, timeliness,and COMMUNICATION is a must (I didn't say cheap) pm with portfolio/avg turnaround time and est pricing and I will get you started with a job tonight. I traders or solid references a must. Peace.

After that I CATCH this guy how he use MY logo on site from customer which didn't like MY logo.

It was good till I didn't CATCH this guy. I made hem 10 images and he pay me one. "Customer didn't like it." ;) Not each time but on the end is like that. You will be paid for 1/5 of your work. And you need to be hes slave.

You are to greedy!
 
wow that made sense - good luck with your microsoft paint operation. looks like business in booming for you bumping your own thread 10 times. lolz
