Sellin my first site ,need helps

I just made a ecommerce site, ready to roll, turn-key, all of that...and put it for sale on flippa.

I didnt know how much $ should I ask for, so I...maybe over did it?

How many items are loaded in the store? If you had hundreds (or thousands) of items with custom descriptions and photos, then that's probably worth something.

What do zou mean by zero SEO? My page doesnt rank?

The thing is, this is a specific niche store, it doesnt need 1000 items (but it could easily have if someone really wants) it focuses on this ONE item that will be in stores on December 23rd.

The demand for the product is ridiculous already, and anyone with some capital can profit of this with ease.

I know a friend on a sneaker forum Im at that bought these (similar) shoes last year, he got 15 of them, and in 2 days time his stock was empty.

And he didnt even have a store, it was just friends and forum members.

So I think its a good niche for someone in the US, thats why I think the site is worth money.

Sure the site is worth money, how much though is debateable. At the moment it's just a pretty theme with some pictures and some text. The domain name adds some value but that's it.

If there is value in your site you need to spell it out loud and clear in your listing. You have no rankings, no traffic, no supplier, no income and you are trying to sell it as a business which it isn't.

I'm going to be nice and help you a little:

As a buyer questions I ask are:

How do I make money with this? Am I going to flip it or run with it. If I run with it where's the money, affiliate sales or selling my own stock? If it's stock where am I going to source it from, will they drop ship or do I have to handle it myself? What profit per sale can I expect? Would I be better off spending $4K on stock and selling on ebay?


Traffic, where am I going to get it from? SEO how hard is it going to be to rank and what volume can I expect, how long will it take? (There is only 7 days till 23rd). PPC - whats the CPC, what profit can I expect with a 1% conversion ratio? 0.5% ratio?

At the moment you are just selling hype and potential opportunity whith no clear path for the buyer to success. As I buyer I have to believe it is possible within my own financial, technical and time limitations, your listing doesn't help me do this.
