Hey guys,

In the past i've had a specific niched site which i'd run and just use the old affiliates for ads and content and things like that. I also had a cafepress shop on the side where i 'sold' merchandise like clothing with designs specific to my niche which i had drawn. That was a while ago however, and i would like to do something similar again but perhaps more professional this time around.

Could anyone give me some pointers or lead me in the right direction regarding this? What would be the best method, in your opinions, to put up designs onto merchandise and sell them off a section of your website with as minimal amount of administration possible? Sites like cafepress take alot of work out of the process but i don't like the idea of someone clicking into my 'shop' and being directed to another website all together. I'd like to integrate something INTO my site opposed to outsourcing it, if that makes sense.

Is there any providers out there that let you have customizable storefronts hosted from YOUR website or am i asking too much?

Or would i be looking at getting a storefront script with shopping cart and posting pictures of the merchandise, then when an order comes through, sending that over to a 3rd party site already have established like a cafepress account that the viewers never see, and process it that way?

I don't mind putting up my own storefront if need be, but who would be good at then printing my designs onto various merchandise and shipping them to the user?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Surprised i haven't gotten any replies. You guys usually seem to be on the ball.

Anyway, if anyone is reading this and is interested, i've come across cafescript and cpshop. Both PHP scripts which basically allow you to manage everything from your cafepress site from your own website using a customized front. I'm still all ears if anyone else has some suggestions.
