I am selling my sports betting niche site. You get
  1. Sleek SEO optimized design
  2. Content all done
  3. Email capture done
  4. Links to affiliate product/service done
  5. Sub-pages all up
  6. 3 unique articles written by my main writer (excellent quality)
  7. Keyword research all compiled in an excel file which I spent hours on mostly using Market Samurai, Google Keyword Tool
The site has already been made and you can PM me for more info. The reason I am selling this is because I've decided to focus on another niche which I actually have a real interest in. Everything is done following StomperNet guidelines and tips so I promise you that you will like it.

How much?

I don't really know what to set the price to but I did put in a lot of effort and hours into this site. I guess I'll just go with the highest offer latest 1 week from now, or $200 if you don't want to wait.

How can a design be SEO optimized... Sounds like a bunch of web 2.0 bull if you ask me.
