Jonard, do yourself a favor and go into detail about your experience and proven track record. Don't just throw yourself out there with a general statement in your signature.
There are about a billion different kinds of links out there to build, plus onpage seo, plus research, plus strategy, etc. Do you build mini-nets? Forum sigs? Blog comments? Bookmarks? What are your assets and skills?
And do yourself another favor and work for someone here for free, someone who knows their SEO. And not for a half a day. Give someone a couple days' worth of your time. They'll let everyone else know if you're worth hiring.
If you know what you're doing then there's more work here for you than you'll ever have time for but no one's just going to send you monies without knowing something about your work first.
