Serpfox or SEscout?

I'm currently using both of these to check my rankings, but I'm noticing discrepancy between the two. Serpfox consistently has me ranking higher than SEscout on both Google and Bing. Is this due to differences in how the data is collected? Has anyone else noticed this?
