Service to e-mail free Ebook?

Noob here.

I have a relationship with an attorney where we are going to offer a free ebook. Any services recommended out there that due this?

After hitting submit the ebook is sent to there e-mail and I would receive the contact information?

What's the end result of sending them the ebook? Getting them on a mailing list? Funneling them to be a paying client?
 
aweber would be the above board way to do it with a opt in list.

Lawyers probably would like this type of quality.
 
The usual way to do this isn't to email them the ebook but email them a link to the ebook. So you can use any kind of autoresponder (people mentioned aWeber but there are tons of choices). Or you could have someone code up a custom solution for you that would send them an email when they sign up - just be aware that you may have some problems with emails getting lost if you send them from the server yourself.

Is there a place where I would put the book for them to download? I'd like to have it instantly e-mailed to them. Will Awebber do this?
