I am going to make a living off of the internet.

I don't intend to do it with iambroadway.com (which I just parked at NameDrive) with a handful of others, but I need to start somewhere and this is a 'catchy' domain name that I have no problem paying someone else to develop.

I am a newbie defined, but a quick learner, and I'm looking for a teacher. I have a bunch of what I think are highly brandable domain names and I need to start somewhere.

I think you need more than just a few branded domains. I'd recommend you learn as much as you can from this forum and forget about getting someone to personally help you - there's not much in it for others really.
 
Forget about compensating a developer with cash AND residuals for some quick development work in order to jump start an effort?
