After reading lots of informative shit here, I finally decided to take action and sign up with some networks. But when it comes to the application, there's always a part that asks for my websites. What exactly am I supposed to put here?

I'm a noob to affiliate marketing, so I don't have any landing pages or splogs or whatever (yet). I've made a few ecommerce sites and some personal sites, could I use those? Should I make some more pages first?

Or do I just leave those boxes blank...I'm guessing that makes it harder for me to get approved. I tried signing up for the eBay affiliate network and didn't put any sites and got turned down. How do you get approved when you're totally new to all this?

I have always used my rarely updated filmmaking blog and never had any issues. As far as epn, I didn't give them a site, I just told them something along the lines of, I build websites and use pcc to get traffic and wanted to try epn. Simple blog ftw

If the rest of the information looks authentic you'll account will get accepted even if you leave those forms blank.

But fill them with whatever you got, show them that you have potential. You can just put your EzineArticles account or Squidoo lenses.

What I use to do was put google.com/yahoo.com/msn.com.

Then I would call them and let them know that I was going to be using PPC to promote the offers.

That always worked for me but I think the key is to call them.
