How does one go about hiring an affilate manager, any good tips? How many would you say in a % would work comission only?

it's all about how your structure works, it has to be set up so to make the affiliate manager want to promote to earn more
I guess what im wondering if where do you go once you have a product and a structure?
Well I'm an affiliate rep, I come from the Adult side of things, but our company is branching into non-adult and I have to learn a completely different system of promotion, the way you guys promote is copletely different than adult, but for an affiliate rep, we need a goal. Something to motivate us. At the end of the day, I want to be excited about a new account, or seeing a new creative on a popular site, or bragging to the boss about the lunch I just had with a new account.
It can be based on new account, new accounts making money, or just a % of the accounts I run.

salary will produce a customer service rep, commission will give you a salesman. A mix of both is what most people are looking for.
