what cpa companies do you suspect are skimming leads because of weird patterns in your statistics?

I'm just adding a question, maybe for you to answer bamboo. What IS skimming?
I heard jon talking about it in the Karma show on webmasterradio.
What I understood it as is that you affiliate manager steal your leads? WTF?

when an aff manager or cpa company take a few of your leads for extra profit and they dont show on your stats so theres not much of a way to find out
